Two Hundred Post! Life is all about small accomplishments and here we are at the big two hundred. Allow ANF’s two hundredth post to rant about my favorite topic, American NonFiction. I am almost sick of typing the name out, but then there is a part of me that loves every instants. We have come a long way in our long history, it’s the internets so we can say long history, and we have a long way to go. We are a lasting voice in the binary. Besides what else are we going to do? 200 Reasons to love ANF!

Hello ANFers,

Two Hundred Post! Life is all about small accomplishments and here we are at the big two hundred.  Allow ANF’s two hundredth post to rant about my favorite topic, American NonFiction. I am almost sick of typing the name out, but then there is a part of me that loves every instants.  We have come a long way in our long history, it’s the internets so we can say long history, and we have a long way to go. We are a lasting voice in the binary. Besides what else are we going to do? Get a day job and wake up before noon? Fat chance!

I can’t even remember what ANF looked like a year ago and don’t want to. I cannot thank Fakeblog enough for the overwrite Theme. ANF never looked as good and I owe it all to those wacky Germans over at Fakeblog.

In the two months, we have had loads of action around H.Q. We have gained great authors. I lead a strange life and run into a multitude of people. The writers of ANF are the literary cream of the crop from my subversive roster of malcontents. Make no mistake, I am building an army; a level headed, intelligent, civic minded army. Get to know your generals by their Author tags on the footer of this page and read their words.

Have you seen the New Age Nanny? What is the New Age Nanny? A search of the ANF glossary tell us the New Age Nanny is television or media as a whole. Well, as many ANF fans will know, when I moved into my new location I never hooked up my cable. In the first couple weeks of my separation from her tender glow, I attached a Youtube video player onto the front page of ANF. In effect, it is American Nonfiction Television. Almost every week, I post 7 videos from the depths of Youtube. Each video meets my stringent approval and features music, comedy, or information you should see.

We also have a ANF Poll, which will be updating as we gear up for the first annual ANF Awards, a week long event hosted by none other than Rod Boobtube. Check out the current question of which is your favorite musical track, “Girl Like U” The Automatic Music Explosion, “The Kids Say” by The Gas, or “Cheatin’” by The Virginia City Revival.

My final notes go to you. Thank you for giving ANF a piece of your time. There were many days I was on the verge of giving up this silly idea, to be slapped back into motivation by the words and continued support of our reader base.

Check out both The New Age Nanny and ANF polls. Two hundred down, two hundred thousand to go. Our articles are better, our prose are stronger, and grammar mishaps are on the decline every day.

Heartfelt Departing Sentiments,
Wesley
