Step Six

Step Seven

Edit monthly piece for ANF

Step Eight

Repeat steps six and seven until completion ( which is anyone’s guess, but like all art, you know it when it is ready or the deadline is up.)  and watch your words posted up on the Internets. Rejoice, you are now a published author in some way, shape, or form of the English language.

Step Nine

Repeat steps six through eight, every month (or week, for the real burn) until you get a letter from a writing agent or publishing house.

Step Ten

Join me for drinks on my beach house; which coast? Why not both?

That is all you have to do. You could be a working writer at some point. The ten steps are easy to type out but the journey is long. While this is a hair brained scheme to get you to write for me. I want you to ask yourself, why not American NonFiction? You want to be a writer but all you do is sit around, play video games, or watch T.V. Here at American NonFiction, we know procrastination. The hardest part of writing is the act of writing. ANF could be your reason to sit down and type words into a word processor like it is mine.

We would never ask you to do something we are unwilling to do. We posts everyday and will continue to do so. We provide the game plan from our own handbook and we offer it to you, because doing the right thing is what we strive to accomplish here at American NonFiction.

Thank you,

MGT
